Also, there is no need to replace these lightbulbs for 20+ years.

A solar electric system is hidden on the roof of the house and produces energy to help power the home’s electric and geothermal systems. The house is also tied to the electric grid, just like every other home, so there is always enough power. Over the course of a year, through net metering, this system is engineered to generate as much power as the house consumes, thereby virtually eliminating the electric, heating and cooling bills.
